Looking for a 2" hitch rack to carry two BikeE CT's - standard frame and both have fenders. Anyone know who makes a rack capable of carrying two BikeE's?

Hi, I have a 2" hitch and carry two BikeEs on a Sportswork recumbent rack (mod series). I have fenders too. I put the front ratcheted hook just above the fork and the rear hook onto the frame. I use an accessory bracket on the frame as a stop for the hook. I have been using it this way for over a year with no problems at all. Last year I wrote a review of this setup at: www.mtbr.com/reviews/Bike_Rack/product_78551.shtmlAs I have a Chrysler minivan I sometime save myself the trouble and simple but the bikes inside. By removing the middle seat they fit in easily sideways.

Hi,
Not sure if you've purchased a hitch carrier but I have a 2" Allen that I've used to haul 4 BikeE's (seats off) with no problem. Have downsized vehicle and just purchased an Allen 1 1/4 for the car.
I'd sell it for $50 plus shipping.

Ellipse, does this rack work with a BikeE? Any photos of a BikeE on the rack?
Thanks
Philip

No pix, but you can get a rack for a recumbent (fits the E to a T) and/or a standard bike. They had pix at their website when I was shopping.
My rack has one for each of our bikes, my other 1/2 likes the old style.
