I've got a CT2.0, and I'm having a hard time finding the balance between lower tire pressure in the front to soften the blows of every little bump and the efficiency of 100psi. I don't want to go out and buy an RX. Has anyone heard of somebody modifying a 26" mt bike shock for a 16" (or even 20") wheel? What's the steerer tube length of the standard forks, and is it a standard 1 1/8" diameter? I can get used forks on e-bay for $20 or so, so I don't feel bad about re-welding a fork, but I also don't want to re-invent the wheel...

I had a 2002CT and didn't have any bother with the pressure in the front tyre although I didn't ride on very rough roads. I kept the front tyre at 85psi. I would recommend lowering the pressure in the front tyre. Being only 16" in diameter and not carrying that much weight because of the weight distribution on a BikeE would mean that a lower pressure would not have a detrimental effect on the handling. Try 85psi and see how it works. I had Schwalbe Marathon tyres and they amde the BikeE very comfortable compared to other tyres. I did have Primo Comets but I needed something with a bit more tread for light gravel paths.
