NX Hayes Disc Brakes

I was able to repair my Hayes Disc brakes last year after 8 years of only the rear brake working. Then the rear began to hang up and I decided to try and fix them. Okay. It's been a long time since you posted this but I have problems with my brakes and even the bike shop coulsnt fix em right. I have the Hayes pro bleed kit, just don't know how to do it. Help. Please. Wanna get riding it again!
