I just picked up my third BikeE - an FX to add to my AT and RX. Does anybody have a recommended pressure for the front suspension?

here is the answer courtesy of Mike Librik of Easy Street Recumbents www.easystreetrecumbents.comI don't recall any formula for determining pressure, but the rule of thumb is to get it to the point where the rider's weight will induce about 1/8" of compression in the shock so that it can both expand as well as contract in response to terrain.
So, initially, pump it to 100 and then see what it does when the rider sits down. Then adjust it.I'm sure others will want to know how you get on with it so please report back. Regards, Robin.
