Hi, My name is Marko Sic and I'm from Serbia. I decided to buy a recumbent bike and for the past few days I've been searching the net, but when I stumbled upon BikeE pages I fell in love in it instantly . Since it's impossible to purchase BikeE in Serbia I thought of trying to build one for myself, or at least a similar one. Yesterday I talked to the guy that repairs my bikes and showed him the photos and he said it would be no problem. I was wondering if anyone could help me. I need the exact dimensions of the frame (lenght and width of the tubes) otherwise I would have to assume it acording to the photos and the specifications (there's only wheelbase and overall lenght). If anyone is willing to share these information, please send it to smraki@gmail.com. It would be great if the dimensions would be marked in the actual photo of the bike or in some that can be found on these pages. Of course if I build it I'll post the photos here . thanks in advance Marko Sic Sremska Mitrovica, Serbia

Hi, have a look at bellsouthpwp2.net/k/a/karlet/2ND.htmThe creator of that website has posted a sketch with dimensions (scroll towards the bottom of those pages). I found it difficult to make out all the figures, but it might help you! There are many 'bent' homebuilders, not too many copy the Bike E - probably the 'T' section is difficult to replicate for the frame. Hope you get it built, and you get to enjoy the 'bent grin'. Cheers, Brian

Thanks Brian, There are a lot of useful information on that page but unfortunately I also couldn't make out the figures. I'll build it that's for shure but it's just that I'd like to improvise as less as possible. Those older models look interesting as well. Cheers to you too.
