Dual drive small parts

Please advice the bearing retainer size and bearing size ,name or product name as follows;

Ball Bearing with retainer. No.23
Ball Bearing with retainer. No.25

Is it possible to assemble Dual drive only ball bearing without bearing retainer?

Also advice spring size and details as follows;
No.22 and No 20.

Advice if you know the shop to prepare those small parts also let me know,

I knows this post is a bit late BUT in case anyone else has the bearing problem.....
I had a defective bearing retainer and cut it with diagonal cutters (to save complete disassembly) and tossed it in the can and filled the bearing seat on part 24 with heavy bearing grease to hold bearings in place and filled it up with bearings.
You have to put the bearings on part 24 because if you place them in the hub race then the outer assembly will not clear the bearings when reassembling if they are put in the hub race....Already made the mistake for you ;-)
The bearings are available in bulk packs in any bike shop
