Hi guys (and gals)! I have been enjoying my Bike E for about 8 years now. This site has helped me learn more about it. I know now that it is a CT, standard size (the frame ends about 2 inches past the hub) and that it is the right size for me. I'm 5' 11" and 215 lbs. I've always worried that I got one that was too small but I guess I'm ok to go on some longer rides with it. I started looking for a bigger one when I found this site. Now I think I will just hang on to the one I have. It's alot of fun and to me the best design I've seen for a recumbent.

Welcome onboard. I would agree that the BikeE is the best design of a recumbent. I just wish someone had been able to continue making them after the company went to the wall.

Oh thank goodness, there's still life on this forum. I was getting worried that I got here too late and people weren't visiting this site any longer. Anyway, I'm heading over to the technical page because I don't know how to take my rear wheel off. I've been riding off road alot and want to put on a 20" knobby tire. I live in the woods and I like for my dog to run with me so I don't want to go near the highway. Hello Robin.

Welcome royjulius. ;DI am also glad this site is still up. To bad not more people use it. But then it’s for a bike, as you know is sadly no longer made/supported. Timothy O^o
