I've been riding my E for almost a decade, along with my 2 other bikes. I also have a Cannondale Optimo and a Gary Fisher mt. bike. I just gotta say that I rode all 3 of my bikes this weekend and I just enjoy the E so much more. Riding isn't work on this bike, it's just flat out fun! I think I'm gonna sell my mt. bike, I won't be riding it much. The E is just too sweet. ;D

+1 for BikeE! Theyare great bikes!! I've only been riding mine for 2 years - but it has got me back to the joy of cycling after being banned from riding bikes through knee problems. Doctor refuses to let me ride a bike in case my arthritic knees become infected again. But - I can manage 2 hours on a Bike E with care - I have the seat clamps 'just so' so if I get to press too hard (might damage knees) the seat slides a fraction and my knees are saved. I've carefully positioned my seat and put a guide mark so it always gets returned to my correct length. It's a great design - though I'll confess that shortly after 2 hours 'recumbutt' has been known to set in (interestingly in one hip only - always the left) - probably because the seat has slid ever so slightly. Small in the bigger scheme of things! Other recumbents have nice features - but BikeE is FUN!!
