Today I went 21 miles on the Ohio Erie Canal Towpath trail which consists of crushed rock. It was a terrific day for Ohio, 85F and sunny. The ride was very pleasant. Although I have a Lightning Stealth and a Burley Canto in the lwb position, I find the BikeE is my choice for the trail. I run Maxxis Hookworm tires with fenders. My CT fits easily into my minivan. Although my average speed was around 11 mph, I did pass a Rans Rocket, the only other recumbent that I saw.
